Terms and Conditions for the Student Benefit Program

1. Eligibility

• You must be a resident of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• You must be enrolled in a full-time program at any Canadian college.
• You must be a new signed-up user of GoDirect starting from June 27th.

2. Requirements

• To access the student benefits, you must go to your profile page, fill out the Student Activation Form, and submit an authentic, valid student ID card for review.
• Once GoDirect’s team reviews your submission, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment in the program.

3. Validity

• All users registered for the Student Benefit Program will receive benefits for one month from the date of activation. For example, if you enroll in the student program on June 27th, you can use the benefits until July 26th.
• At the end of Month 1, if the student has used all the benefits, the program will be auto-renewed for the next month with the same benefits.

4. Benefits

• Each user activated in the Student Benefit Program will receive $40 as a reward, which can be used across four orders.
• This reward can be applied to a cart value of $90 and includes all GoDirect products, including flyer, discounted, and clearance products, which are otherwise excluded from any further discount.

5. Standard Conditions

• Non-Transferability: Rewards and benefits under this program are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• Misuse: Any misuse of the program, including but not limited to falsifying information or using benefits for unauthorized purposes, will result in termination of your participation and forfeiture of any remaining benefits.
• Modification and Termination: GoDirect reserves the right to modify or terminate the Student Benefit Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the GoDirect website.
• Communication: All communication regarding the program will be conducted via the email address provided at the time of enrollment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is up to date.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
• Liability: GoDirect is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired rewards. GoDirect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the benefits provided under this program.
• Privacy: By enrolling in the program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with GoDirect’s Privacy Policy.

By participating in this program, you agree to the above terms and conditions. GoDirect reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
