Referral Reward Policy

How referral codes work: what your friend gets on their first order, when you earn your reward, and how referral rewards can be used.

1. How It Works

Every GoDirect customer has a personal referral code, shown on the Refer & Earn screen in the app.

Share your code with friends who haven’t shopped with GoDirect before.
Your friend gets $5 off their first order when they apply your code at checkout.
You earn a $5 reward once your friend’s order is delivered.

By sharing or using a referral code, you agree to this Referral Reward Policy and to our Coupon Policy.

Available to new customers only, on their first order.
Applies to a minimum of $1 in eligible products. Flyer products and other items excluded from coupons do not count towards the minimum (see the Coupon Policy).
One coupon per order: a referral code cannot be combined with another coupon on the same order.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and has no value outside GoDirect.

You earn $5 for each referred friend whose qualifying first order is delivered. Rewards are not issued when an order is placed, and are not earned on orders that are cancelled or refunded.
Your rewards are added to a Referral Reward coupon in your account. As more friends’ orders are delivered, the same coupon grows by $5 each time, up to $25; after that, a new Referral Reward coupon is started for your next rewards.
You can see your Referral Reward coupons and their current value in the app and at checkout.

A Referral Reward coupon can be used on any order with at least $1 in eligible products. Flyer products and other items excluded from coupons do not count (see the Coupon Policy).
Each Referral Reward coupon is used once, in full, on a single order. Any value above the eligible amount of that order is not carried over.
A Referral Reward coupon is valid for 10 years from when it is created, unless this programme is withdrawn or changed as described in section 6.
One coupon per order: a Referral Reward coupon cannot be combined with another coupon on the same order.

You cannot refer yourself, and referral codes may not be used to create additional or duplicate accounts.
Referral codes are for personal sharing with people you know. They may not be posted on coupon or deal websites, used in paid advertising, or shared in spam.
GoDirect may withhold, cancel, or reverse discounts and rewards that result from misuse, fraud, or breach of this policy, and may suspend the accounts involved.

Discounts and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
GoDirect may change the referral amounts, minimums, or these terms, or end the programme, at any time. Rewards you have already earned keep the value they were issued with.
If a technical error affects a referral discount or reward, GoDirect may correct it.
