- Semolina (Sooji/Rava)
- Edible Vegetable Oil
- Bengal Gram Dal (Chana Dal)
- Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal)
- Mustard Seeds
- Green Chillies
- Ginger
- Salt
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder
Usage Instructions:
- Boil 600 ml of water in a pan.
- Add 1 cup (180g) of MTR Plain Upma Mix to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves or grated coconut if desired.
